Job Description
Build lasting client relationships, drive retention, and identify opportunities to expand services.
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams
- Track account health and address issues proactively
- Contribute to proposals and SOWs for existing clients
Requirements
- 4+ years account management experience in agencies
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Understanding of digital services (web, marketing)
- Results-driven with focus on retention and growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Sales or business development experience
- French and/or Dutch language skills
- Understanding of agency financials and profitability
