Requirements
2+ years customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated customers
Basic understanding of websites and digital services
Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations
Nice to Have
Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools
Knowledge of website builders or CMS platforms
Experience in a tech or agency environment
Spanish or French language skills
