Job Description

Ensure our clients achieve their goals and maximize value from our services. Build long-term relationships and drive retention and growth.

  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth project handoffs
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks proactively
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients
  • Gather customer feedback and advocate for product improvements
  • Track and report on customer health metrics

Requirements

  • 3+ years customer success or account management experience
  • Proven track record of meeting retention and growth targets
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of web services and digital marketing
  • Data-driven approach to customer management

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Customer Success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero)
  • CS certification (CCXP, etc.)
  • Background in agency or SaaS environments
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
