Job Description

Join a modern US digital agency with high-quality leads, automated workflows, and a flat 25% commission. Contact curated lists of US small and medium-sized businesses, run discovery conversations, present our web design and digital marketing solutions, and close deals using our proven structured process. 100% remote, performance-based, commission-only. Open to applicants worldwide — US-based reps work as 1099 contractors; international reps invoice us as independent contractors in their local jurisdiction.

• Calling and qualifying curated outbound leads
• Running discovery conversations
• Presenting our web design and digital marketing solutions
• Following our structured sales process
• Closing deals and handing them off to our automated delivery pipeline
• Updating the CRM with your activity

Requirements

• Experience in outbound or phone-based sales
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to follow a structured process
• Eligible to work as an independent contractor (US applicants: W-9 + SSN or EIN; non-US applicants: local contractor registration)
• Comfortable working remotely
• Motivated by performance and commissions
