Job Description

Provide technical assistance to clients experiencing issues with their websites, domains, or digital tools. Help them get back on track quickly.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues via tickets and chat
  • Assist with DNS, hosting, and domain configuration problems
  • Guide clients through CMS and platform troubleshooting
  • Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base
  • Escalate complex issues to development team with clear details
  • Monitor support queues and meet response time SLAs

Requirements

  • 2+ years technical support or help desk experience
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and how websites work
  • Familiarity with DNS, hosting, and domain management
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written communication for technical explanations

Nice to Have

  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Basic JavaScript understanding
  • IT or computer science background
