Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Be the friendly voice of Launchko. Help our clients with questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they have an exceptional experience with our services.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when needed
• Guide clients through our services and processes
• Process orders, refunds, and account changes
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services

Requirements

• 2+ years customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated customers
• Basic understanding of websites and digital services
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations

Nice to Have

• Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools
• Knowledge of website builders or CMS platforms
• Experience in a tech or agency environment
• Spanish or French language skills
